Professional Experience

Over the past eight years I have helped people regain a better sense of control over their life. Together we’ll explore how your thought patterns influence your feelings and subsequent behaviors, and work on changing core beliefs. Additionally, by utilizing mindfulness techniques we’ll focus on the mind/body connection. I believe in a holistic approach to healing which is why I chose to work out of Be Embodied; it is an environment focusing on the whole individual, promoting aligning one’s mind, body and spirit. At the end of the day we are all humans working together to better ourselves, each other and the world around us.
